An accomplished senior executive with over a decade of experience leading organisations to achieve significant growth and transformation. Proficient in relationship building, deal securing, and developing innovative revenue and margin enhancement programs. Adept at leveraging technology to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive business improvement. Proven track record in leading large, diverse teams, driving customer-centric cultures, and executing strategic initiatives across multiple countries.
Fiaz is currently involved in an investment clearing house, is the co-founder and CEO of Beyond Sound. Prior to that he consulted across various sectors and was the CEO of Ster Kinekor (Pty) Ltd.
Colette Koch
I’m a multifaceted professional with a rich background in entrepreneurship and business intelligence development. Over the years, I’ve honed a diverse skill set that spans graphic design, social media marketing, web design, content writing, and BI development. This mix allows me to approach challenges with a fresh perspective, always looking for creative and effective solutions.
But beyond all that, my true passion lies in education. Not all parents have the time, resources, or ability to help with schoolwork, and that’s where Homework Buddy steps in. My goal is to bridge that gap, offering students the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive. Because at the end of the day, education isn’t just about passing tests—it’s about building confidence, opening doors, and creating opportunities for the future.
Fatima Suleman
I’m an educator by profession, but I see my role as something more — I’m a provider of skills, a guide, and a builder of confidence. Every learner has the ability to succeed; they just need the method that works best for them.
I believe that all children can learn. The challenge isn’t in the child — it’s in finding the right approach. That’s why I explore and combine different teaching methods, using creativity, technology, and empathy to meet learners where they are.
For me, teaching is about progress, not perfection. It’s about helping each student take the next step — whether that’s mastering a concept, discovering their strengths, or finding joy in learning again.
With the support of AI and interactive tools, I’m excited to create a space where every learner can learn in their own way, at their own pace, and reach new levels of achievement.
Amanda van Niekerk
I’m a creative thinker passionate about designing seamless digital experiences. With a foundation in business intelligence and entrepreneurship—combined with hands-on experience in app development, UX design, web design, SEO, and digital content creation—I love building platforms that are both visually pleasing and intuitively functional.
My focus is on creating meaningful impact through design and technology.
I also believe that education and access to technology can open doors for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. That’s why this project matters deeply to me—it’s about using creativity and innovation to inspire opportunity and growth.
Dawn Marx
For over 40 years, I worked as a conveyancing secretary, where attention to detail, structure, and organization were the foundation of everything I did. Managing legal documents, ensuring accuracy, and keeping processes running smoothly became second nature to me.
Now, I’ve taken that experience and applied it to the world of AI. As an AI Training Administrator, I source, organize, and collate training material to ensure our AI models learn from high-quality data. My background in handling complex information means I know how to structure and refine content so that it’s clear, precise, and effective.
Making the transition from legal work to AI has been an exciting journey, and I love being part of a team that’s shaping the future of technology. At the end of the day, whether it’s legal documents or AI training data, my job has always been about making sure the right information is in the right place—so that great things can happen.
